In the beautiful area near Øer, you'll find this recently renovated vacation home. Here, you'll discover a lovely bright living room with a heat pump and access to the terrace. Connected to the living room is the stylish kitchen, including a dishwasher. The sleeping accommodations in the house are distributed among three good-sized bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with two single beds, and one with a double sofa bed. The Øer area is a cozy and popular vacation spot close to the forest and the beach. The beach is characterized by shallow water and sandy shores, although some areas may have a mix of stones and sand. If you enjoy mountain biking, the area offers a 13 km long track with various difficulty levels. Approximately a 10-minute drive from the house, you'll reach the harbor in Ebeltoft, where you can find the Glass Museum, a leading institution in modern glass art. The harbor also hosts several excellent dining options, and there's always the opportunity to buy freshly caught fish. A visit to the Frigate Jylland is also recommended. In Ebeltoft's charming cobblestone streets, you'll find numerous exciting shops, including those featuring utility art, as well as small cozy cafes. The town's most visited attraction, the Old Town Hall, where people come from near and far to get married, is also worth a visit. From the house, it's about an hour's drive to both the Kattegat Center in Grenaa and Northern Europe's largest amusement park, Djurs Sommerland.
