Already when you open the door and step into the entrance, you sense the genuine summer house atmosphere in this house. Here, you find a cozy living room with a wood-burning stove and a heat pump. From here, there is access to the large terrace area with garden furniture. Adjacent to the living room is the functional kitchen, which includes a dishwasher. Lovely bathroom with a shower niche and underfloor heating. Large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. Additionally, there are two lovely annexes by the terrace, each with a double bed. By the terrace, you also find the cozy conservatory with a dining area, so you can sit outside and enjoy the beautiful surroundings in all kinds of weather. Between the main house and the annex, there is an outdoor shower. The house is situated on a truly lovely plot with a large lawn, suitable for play and outdoor activities. There is also a trampoline and a fire pit. If there are multiple families traveling together who want to stay close to each other, we also rent out Egernstien 15, 18, and 20. The house is located a 5-minute walk from a beautiful sandy beach.

Ahl Strand is a quiet and very child-friendly area, and the beach is characterized by white sandy shores and shallow waters with sandbanks. Additionally, the beach is a popular spot for windsurfers, and the area is rich in wildlife and birdlife. The house is located about a 10-minute drive from Ebeltoft town, with its charming old cobblestone streets. Here, there are many small specialty shops and cafes, and at the harbor, you will find several good restaurants. The Glass Museum, the frigate Jylland, and the Old Town Hall are also worth a visit, and you should not miss a visit to the largest amusement park in Scandinavia, Djurs Sommerland.
