Details of the House: When you rent the Backyard House and Annex at Møllehuset, you’ll be close to the town center, just 1 km from the beach, and with a lovely pool and sauna in a separate building. It’s the perfect setup for families or groups of friends traveling together in Denmark! The pool house is shared with Møllehuset’s Main House, making it easy to connect with others or simply meet like-minded people who also appreciate a Danish holiday home experience. Møllehuset in Blokhus consists of four buildings, including the Backyard House and Annex, accommodating a total of 8 people. The other two buildings are the Main House and Pool House. The Backyard House and Annex are separated from the Main House by a fenced terrace, and there is dedicated parking for both. The pool house is a shared facility for all units. The Backyard House is renovated and includes a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and toilet, while the annex is new, insulated, and features 4 beds—perfect for a youth section. The Backyard House has two floors, with 4 sleeping spaces on the first floor, while the annex is all on one level. Sleeping arrangement: 2 double beds in ensuite rooms and 4 single beds in the annex across two bedrooms. With its central location, you have all of Blokhus’ amenities within reach. If you fancy a drive, you can visit nearby Løkken or enjoy a day at Fårup Sommerland. Activities like beach outings, art experiences, shopping, dining, concerts, and more are within walking or cycling distance. The houses are non-smoking, and youth groups are not permitted. Outdoor Area: The first time we visited Møllehuset, we encountered a herd of deer in the backyard. It was a beautiful sight, highlighting the nature that has always surrounded Holstvej. While more houses have been built along the road, the nature at the end and in the backyard remains peaceful and undisturbed. The property where Møllehuset is located spans over 3,000 square meters. If that’s not enough space for outdoor enjoyment, the North Sea and one of Denmark’s best beaches are just a short walk from the house. Here, you’re even allowed to drive on the beach by car. Blokhus also offers plenty of shopping opportunities, cozy restaurants, and activities for everyone, along with beautiful trails inviting exploration. With large terraces and outdoor spaces, the house is perfect for families or groups of friends wishing to vacation together.
