On a large, sunny lot just 300 meters from the beautiful, child-friendly Boeslum Beach on the Kattegat coast, lies this older, renovated holiday home. A truly well-appointed, bright, and cozy house surrounded by a large, partially covered tiled terrace with access from both the living room and the entrance hall. Here, you'll find garden furniture, sun loungers, a parasol, and a grill, and on the grounds, there's also a bonfire area as well as a sandbox, swings, and a trampoline for the youngest guests.

The spacious and bright feeling dominates the house, especially in the beautifully furnished living room with panoramic windows overlooking the garden. There's a dining area for 5 people, a wood-burning stove, sofa set, TV with Danish (including TV2) and German channels, DVD player, and radio. In semi-open connection with the living room is a newer, well-equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and microwave. The house comprises 1 large bedroom with a double bed and 2 slightly smaller rooms, one with a double bed and one with a single bed, totaling 5 sleeping spaces. There's a lovely new tiled bathroom with a shower cubicle, and in a small storage room with access from the terrace, there's also a washing machine. The house has a heat pump with air conditioning. A crib is available. Internet access is provided.

Boeslum Beach on the Kattegat coast is considered one of the best on Djursland with its beautiful beach meadow and lovely, child-friendly sandy beach. To the south, the water gets deeper and is a paradise for anglers. Ebeltoft is not far away, and the entire area invites you to hike and bike along the long beaches and in the exceptionally beautiful surrounding nature.
