Close to Ebeltoft Town, you will find this unique and spacious holiday home spread over two levels. On the ground floor, there is a cozy living room with a wood-burning stove, as well as a dining area connected to the charming kitchen. From here, you can access the large terrace with garden furniture and the most beautiful view, where you can catch a glimpse of the water at Boeslum Beach in the distance. The ground floor also features two large bedrooms with double beds, as well as a bathroom with a shower.
In the basement, you'll find another cozy lounge area—this also has access to a lovely terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers. There is also another wonderful kitchen with a dishwasher, and a beautiful bathroom. Three more cozy bedrooms are located here, one of which has two double beds. The house also has access to both a washing machine and a tumble dryer. You can enter the basement from the ground floor, but there is also a separate outdoor entrance. The house has internet, and TV is available via Chromecast. A brand new sauna has also been installed in the basement.
The house features several lovely terraces at different levels, and the garden has several secluded corners. Additionally, there is a lovely orangery where you can spend a cool evening. This house is perfect for two or three families traveling together.
Boeslum Bakker is a beautiful hilly area with views over fields and forests, and it's close to a good sandy beach. There are also beaches on both the west and south sides of the Ebeltoft area. Boeslum Beach is primarily a fine white sand beach with grass and flower-covered dunes. In some areas, the beach is a mix of stones and sand, but mostly it’s sandy. The water is clear and nice but gets deep quickly. The beach has both toilets and an ice cream kiosk. From the beach, you have a view of Jernhatten, a popular destination, and the small island of Hjelm.
The house is not far from Ebeltoft Town, with its many attractions. You can visit the old Town Hall, where people come from near and far to get married. There are also many small specialty shops and sidewalk cafés in the old cobbled streets. On the harbor, you will find the Glass Museum, a leading institution in modern glass art. There are also several great shops, dining spots, and opportunities to buy freshly caught fish every day. It’s just about an hour’s drive to both the Kattegat Center in Grenaa and to Djurs Sommerland, the largest amusement park in the Nordics, offering numerous activities for both young and old.
