Close to Ebeltoft, you’ll find this bright and stylish house. It features a large and spacious living room, cozily furnished with quality furniture and a heat pump, with direct access to the very large and inviting terrace with garden furniture. Adjacent to the living room is the beautiful open-plan kitchen/dining area, which serves as the heart of the house and invites cozy gatherings with family and friends. The house's sleeping arrangements are spread across three beautiful bedrooms with double beds. The bathroom is bright and modern, featuring underfloor heating and access to a washing machine and dryer. TV is provided via Chromecast/Internet, and a box with German channels can be rented at our office (subject to availability). The house is equipped with a heat pump and underfloor heating throughout. Outside, there is a large lawn, perfect for play and outdoor activities. If you’re traveling with multiple families, we also rent out the neighbor house 14909.

Nestled in a beautiful natural area, the house is just a 5-minute drive from Ebeltoft and is near the National Park Mols Bjerge. The Egsmark area is ideal for biking and hiking in the rolling terrain, rich with wildlife, and the beach at Egsmark is a family-friendly sandy beach. In Ebeltoft, you can visit the Old Town Hall, the Frigate Jylland, the Malt Factory, and the Glass Museum. Ebeltoft's harbor offers a range of great shops and dining options. A visit to Ree Park is also recommended, where you can get close to wild animals. It’s about a 30-minute drive to the Kattegatcenter in Grenaa, where you can see large sharks. Djurs Sommerland, the largest amusement park in Scandinavia, is also highly recommended, offering attractions for all ages, and is just a 30-minute drive from the house.
