The outdoor area is equipped with garden furniture, lounge chairs, a parasol, a barbecue, and a locked shed.

The spacious and bright living room, with a large bay window, is open to the kitchen and has access to the east-facing terrace. It includes a wood-burning stove, a dining area for 8 people, a seating area with a sofa corner, several comfortable armchairs, and a TV with Danish (including TV2) and German channels. The kitchen is neat and functional, with a stove with ceramic cooktops and an oven, a refrigerator/freezer, a dishwasher, and a microwave. The 8 sleeping accommodations are divided across 1 large bedroom with a double bed and two smaller bedrooms—one with a 3/4-size bed and one with 2 bunk beds. The bunk beds are approximately 180 cm long, making them most suitable for children. The house has two older bathrooms, both with a shower niche. There is a high chair available, and the entrance has a washing machine. The house is also equipped with a heat pump with air conditioning.

Fjellerup Strand is both a holiday village and a charming town with its own bakery and good shopping options. The beach is very child-friendly, with fine white sand and low dunes. Fjellerup is a great base for excursions to the many attractions of Northern Djursland and for scenic hiking and cycling tours in the beautiful, wooded landscape.
