The area is extremely scenic and surrounded by dunes, a fantastic car-free sandy beach, forest and heath areas. The house is a newly renovated wooden house on 1½ levels with pitched ceiling, wooden floor in living areas and tiled floor in kitchen and bathrooms where there is also underfloor heating.

The house is individually furnished and contains an entrance with a wardrobe in open connection with the living room and a new, bright kitchen. The kitchen has an oven at working height, microwave, induction hob, hood, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Large living room with open access, cozy wood-burning stove, dining table with a good view, sofa corner with Smart TV and a good reading corner with a nice armchair. Hallway with 2 good bedrooms, each with a double bed. From one bedroom there is direct access to the bathroom with cupboards, shower, toilet, sink and heated towel rail. In addition, an additional bathroom with cupboards, shower, toilet, sink, heated towel rail and washer/dryer. On the terrace there is an outdoor shower with cold and hot water. From the living room there are stairs to the 1st floor cozy nook with chaise longue sofa and a really cozy room with 2 single beds that can easily be changed into a double bed. The rooms in the house are bright and have good light from large windows throughout the house. 3 bedrooms: DB + DB + 2B.

Smoking and pets are not allowed.

The house is surrounded by several wooden terraces where it is possible all year round to find an alcove from which nature can be enjoyed to the fullest.
The plot is a large natural dune plot with plenty of space. The house is primarily heated with a heat pump/air conditioning system, but there are also radiators in all rooms and a wood-burning stove in the living room. Smoking and youth groups are not allowed! There is a TV package from Stofa with Danish, German, Norwegian and Swedish channels, and wireless broadband throughout the house. The annex is private and is used as a storage room for materials.  

The Grærup Strand area is a wonderfully quiet and scenic area with abundant wildlife all year round. There are good opportunities for jogging and cycling either on marked paths or on your own. At the entrance to Grærup Strand is Grærup Fishing Lake, where you can fish for rainbow trout, pike, perch, pollock and eel. Fishing license is required.
