Lovely, bright, architect-designed cottage for 7 people located on an extremely scenic plot of 3300 square meters. The plot is surrounded by dunes, with direct access to a fantastic car-free sandy beach and close to heath areas.

The main house contains: the entrance area is in direct connection with the house's living room. The cozy living room is furnished with a good dining area with a long table from which there is a view of the wood-burning stove and the terrace. Sofa corner with a view of the stove, television (BOXER) and view of the dune landscape. Small corner office with wireless internet access and a printer. Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, stove with ceramic hob and convection oven as well as a fridge/freezer combination. An extra cellar and freezer in the guest house in progress. From the kitchen there is access to an east-facing terrace where breakfast can be enjoyed until sunrise. From the living room there is an entrance to 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Guest toilet with wc, sink and a washing machine. Above the partially closed wooden terrace you come across the extension. Here there are 2 large bedrooms, one with a double bed, wardrobe and a desk with a view to the terrace. 1 bedroom with three single beds and wardrobe. Master bathroom with underfloor heating, walk-in shower, laundry arrangement, wc, corner spa and a sauna. Mezzanine with extra fridge/freezer. The wooden terrace is sheltered and with access to the west-facing terrace. From the raised wooden terrace to the west and where there is access from the living room, the sunset can be enjoyed on a sunny summer day. 3 bedrooms: DB + 2B + 3B

The house is surrounded by several terraces where it is possible all year round to find sheltered nooks from which nature can be enjoyed to the fullest. The plot is a large natural dune plot with plenty of space. There is a swing stand and a sandbox for the small children. It is allowed to bring 1 dog with you. Smoking is not allowed! Youth groups are not allowed. There is a TV package from BOXER with Danish, German, Norwegian and Swedish channels, and wireless broadband throughout the house.

The Grærup Strand area is a wonderfully quiet and scenic area with abundant wildlife all year round. There are good opportunities for jogging and cycling either on marked paths or on your own. At the entrance to Grærup Strand is Grærup Fishing Lake, where you can fish for rainbow trout, pike, perch, pollock and eel. Fishing license is required.
