Hasselvej - 8500 - Grenå

Not far from one of Jutland's best beaches, you will find this "genuine" and truly charming holiday home. The house features a cozy living room with a dining area and a heat pump, as well as access to a lovely terrace. The kitchen is compact but beautifully modern and will be updated in autumn 2024 with, among other things, a dishwasher. There are two cozy bedrooms – one with a comfortable double bed and one with a "pull-out" double bed. Additionally, there are two sleeping spaces on the sofa in the living room. The bathroom is neat and equipped with a shower. A separate room houses a washing machine. The house has internet access, and TV is via Chromecast.

The property sits on a wonderful plot with a large lawn, perfect for play and ball games. There’s also a delightful terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, and a barbecue.

The holiday home area around Grenaa Strand is quiet, child-friendly, and highly attractive. Close to the house, you’ll find heathlands and forests with several running and cycling routes, including Denmark's longest single track (23 km) for mountain biking. The beach is one of Jutland's best sandy beaches, with dunes, sandy hollows, fine sand, a sandy seabed, and a Blue Flag designation.

The marina is bustling with life during the summer and offers several excellent dining options. It’s also home to the Kattegatcenter, where you can get up close to sharks. From the harbor, there are daily ferries to Halmstad in Sweden and Anholt.

Grenaa itself offers plenty of charming shops and cafés, as well as the Museum Østjylland. From Grenaa, it’s about a 30-minute drive to Scandinavia's largest amusement park, Djurs Sommerland, and about an hour to the tropical zoo Randers Regnskov.
