Upon entering, you are welcomed into a spacious entrance hall with wardrobe space, which leads into the large, stunning, and well-equipped kitchen. From the kitchen, there is access to the expansive terrace that wraps around the house. The lovely dining area has plenty of space, and from here, you can step out onto the covered terrace, complete with comfortable outdoor furniture and a large grill, offering a fantastic view of the water. The cozy living room features a wood-burning stove and a beautiful corner sofa that comfortably seats everyone.
The house offers three lovely bedrooms, each with double beds, and one of the rooms has direct access to its own bathroom with a shower, as well as a door leading to the terrace. Additionally, there is another spacious, beautiful bathroom with a shower. A separate utility room in the hallway includes both a washing machine and a dryer. The house has internet access. Outside, a small pond has been created near the house.
The property is located about 300 meters from the water, where the beach is a mix of stone and sand. It is also not far from Sletterhage Lighthouse, a popular spot where, during the summer months, you can watch large ships leave and enter the Port of Aarhus, as well as luxury liners sailing close to the coast. The Helgenæs area is known for its unique nature, hilly terrain, wildlife, and breathtaking viewpoints. Nearby, you’ll find the German Tower (Tyskertårnet), a remnant from World War II, where you can enjoy panoramic views extending as far as Samsø, Tunø, Aarhus, and the Odder coastline. The 99-meter-high Ellemandsbjerg is another popular destination in the area. The house is about 24 km from the charming town of Ebeltoft, known for its many exciting tourist attractions, including the Old Town Hall, the frigate *Jylland*, and the Glass Museum, renowned for its modern art collection. About an hour’s drive away, you’ll find Djurs Sommerland, the largest amusement park in Scandinavia, which is definitely worth a visit.
