The ground floor of the holiday home features an entrance hall with stairs leading to the first floor, a spacious utility room, and a bright bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is semi-open and connected to the fireplace lounge, from which there is direct access to a lovely south-facing 40m² terrace. Additionally, there is a charming, light-filled living room with a dining area.

The first floor of the house includes a landing, a large guest toilet, and three well-appointed bedrooms.

The property also includes the originally preserved stable from 1904, offering endless possibilities for imaginative play. For those seeking indoor entertainment, the barn is equipped with table tennis, table football, and a pool table.

Moreover, the barn features a 50m² loft (hayloft), an ideal setting for sharing thrilling stories and exciting tales.

A charging station for electric cars is conveniently located directly at the holiday home, ensuring easy access for guests.

The expansive property, covering 16 hectares of forest, fields, and meadows, invites guests to enjoy outdoor life with countless opportunities for fun and relaxing nature experiences.

At the entrance of the house, there is a large, enclosed courtyard offering plenty of space for both play and relaxation.

Travelling with children?
This holiday home has everything you could wish for: play structures, football goals, and a picnic table designed for children. While exploring the property, you will also come across several picnic table sets where you can take a break and enjoy the tranquility—or even bring lunch along for a cozy picnic in private surroundings.

For the 2025 season, four disc golf baskets will be installed on the large property, providing additional recreational activities.

Furthermore, there is a 50m² east-facing terrace featuring a wilderness hot tub, a sauna barrel, and an outdoor shower. Guests will also find a designated shelter area in the forest, exclusively for tenants’ use. Please note that open fires are strictly prohibited on the property.

The main road near the holiday home has a speed limit of 60 km/h during the summer season, and truck traffic is prohibited, ensuring that the road is primarily used by tourists and cyclists.

The estate is just a short distance from one of the region's most popular holiday home areas, and only about 900 meters from the beach. Hirtshals town center, with its charming shops, restaurants, and vibrant harbor, is just a couple of kilometers away. Enjoy an ice cream on a harbor stroll or dine at one of the cozy cafés.
