There's a delightful lounge area in the form of the sunroom, facing the lovely courtyard.  Kitchen-Dining Area - a Social Hub The kitchen and living room together form a large and charming space, creating a perfect atmosphere for socializing during cooking and indoor relaxation. The rustic kitchen is carefully designed and offers plenty of space to prepare delicious meals together. At the end of the kitchen, you'll find the dining area with seating for 6 people and a fantastic view of the garden through the French double doors. Access to the house is from the terrace, leading you to a unique sunroom on the left - a delightful space with easy access to the outdoor lounge area. On the ground floor, there's also a bathroom with a toilet and a guest toilet. Lovely Bedrooms  The first floor, renovated in 2023, offers a large room with 4 sleeping places and a workspace, as well as a spacious bedroom with a double bed. All beds are equipped with luxurious quality mattresses for a comfortable night's sleep. If you prefer to avoid stairs, there's room for 2 additional sleeping places in the house's lovely sunroom. Outdoor Area of the Holiday Home As evident from the descriptions of the ground floor, the lovely courtyard almost invites itself inside with access from both the dining room and the sunroom. This is no coincidence, as the secluded garden is a big plus. The courtyard includes dining and lounge areas as well as a lawn. The garden is enclosed and private, ideal for relaxation, play, sunbathing, and bringing your small dog on holiday. With seating for 6 people in both the lounge and dining areas, you can fully enjoy outdoor living. The garden also features a large gas grill and a refreshing outdoor shower for after a day at the beach, just 200 meters away. Private Parking and Location On the left side of the house, you'll find the entrance to the garden, terrace, and house behind the private parking space. Kirkegade is centrally located, just a stone's throw away from the city center, making it easy to explore the charming streets and alleys of Løkken. There's also the option to park on Kirkegade itself. The holiday home is non-smoking and youth groups are not allowed. A small dog up until 15 kg. is allowed. Remember to order any linen packages needed when booking.
