The house is located on Havkatten, which ends in a newly built residential area that is modern in its expression and also close to, among other things, a swimming pool, fitness center, cultural path, shopping, and much more. The summer house has four bedrooms with double beds in each room. There are two bathrooms and a bright and open kitchen/dining area connected to the living room. There is room for 8 people here. Interior: The house is designed for practicality with a focus on comfort and modern amenities, and it is heated with district heating. The kitchen is large, bright, and luxurious. There is a lockable shed, carport, garden furniture, and everything our hearts desire when renting a modern and newly built summer house in Løkken.  Outdoors: From the kitchen and living room, there is access to the house's lovely, large terrace, where one can fully enjoy the Danish summer weather. The house's location close to Løkken town center and the North Sea means that one is close to everything, yet in a good distance from traffic and noise from the city's life. There are, of course, garden furniture and a grill - and even an electric hot tub available. And Løkken town itself is the place where there is plenty of space, whether you want outdoor activities, wellness and pampering, or peace and contemplation.
