There is a carport, and the plot also features swings, a sandpit, and a football goal for the little ones. The homeowners' association has its own beach plot with a pétanque court and a bathing bridge.

From the spacious entrance, you enter the large, bright living room with panoramic windows. It has a dining area for 6 people, a comfortable sofa set, a wood stove, a television with Danish (including TV2) and German channels, Chromecast, and a radio. Lyngsbæk Strand, one of the area's finest and most child-friendly beaches with a solid sandy bottom, is only 600 meters away, warm and well-protected at the bottom of Ebeltoft Bay. The NATO Pier, which is open for fishing, is also located here. With easy access to both Ebeltoft and the beautiful nature of the Mols Bjerge National Park, you are within reach of great shopping opportunities and a wealth of experiences and activities.
