This large house, with space for 10 people, is located on a large natural plot and within walking distance to the beach in the beautiful landscape of Lyngsbæk Bakker. The two connected houses function as one, but each has its own entrance, bathroom, and sleeping area. There are two great west-facing tiled terraces with garden furniture, sun loungers, an umbrella, and a barbecue, as well as a sandbox for the little ones.

One of the house's main gathering spots is the large, cozy kitchen/living room with a wood-burning stove and dining area for 10 people, as well as access to the terrace. A highchair is available. The well-equipped kitchen includes a stove with ceramic cooktops and an oven, a refrigerator/freezer, and a dishwasher. From the living room, you walk through a multi-purpose room with a foosball table into the large lounge, which has a sofa area in front of the wood-burning stove, a TV with Danish (including TV2) and German channels, a CD player, and a radio. The lounge also has a small kitchenette. The 10 sleeping spaces are spread across 5 bedrooms, one at each end of the house – 1 with a double bed and 4 with 2 single beds. There are two fine tiled bathrooms with shower cubicles. Internet access is available.

Lyngsbæk Beach, one of the area's finest and most child-friendly beaches with a solid sand bottom, is just 400 meters away, nestled comfortably and well-protected at the bottom of Ebeltoft Bay. Here is also the NATO pier, which is open for fishing. With short distances to both Ebeltoft and the beautiful nature of the Mols Bjerge National Park, you are within reach of excellent shopping opportunities and a wealth of experiences and activities.
