Beautiful town house of 165 m2 spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a living room, large open kitchen with all modern facilities. Here there is access to a nice little garden and terrace. On the 1st floor you will find another living room with a wonderful view of the water. In extension of the living room is the house's only room. In this room, a double bed is placed against an inclined wall.

The house is close to Nykøbing town centre. Nykøbing offers a wide range of shopping opportunities. Both daily goods and special goods. In the summer you can, among other things, experience city night, concerts and watch the sun set on the harbour.

It is also in Nykøbing that Morsø Golfklub has their wonderful 18-hole course.

Nordmors is famous for its jetty cliffs and the most famous is Hanklit, don't cheat yourself for the trip to the top, where you get a fantastic view. Close by is the island's highest point, Salgjerhøj. On the east side you will find Ejerslev harbor, a beautiful natural harbor and home to a number of local fishermen. There is the possibility of trout fishing from the pier and paragliding from the cliff. Take a hike around the lagoon.
The Fossil- and Molermuseet tells 55 million years of history through the many finds that have been made in the maelstrom at Mors. Skarregaard is an agricultural museum, where time has been stopped in 1958. The site lies beautifully down to the 2 Skarresøer.

South of Nykøbing you will find the scenic area Legind Bjerge, where there are marked hiking trails and a mountain bike course. It is also in this area that you will find Jesperhus Holiday Park with flower park, pirate playground, large indoor Zoo, Hugo water park and much, much more.
