Close to the beach, this cozy little holiday home is located at the end of a side road, somewhat hidden by large trees, so you can always find a sheltered spot on the property.

The house is functionally furnished with a large kitchen/living room with a small kitchen, dining area with a view of the garden, and a sofa bed. Additionally, there is a bedroom with a double bed. From the kitchen/living room, there is access to the garden, where both a terrace and a covered terrace provide opportunities for outdoor living and relaxation. There is an outdoor shower, so you can rinse off when you come back from the beach, which is just 200 meters from the summer house.

The garden also has plenty of space for play on the lawn, and the open area next to the summer house has a football goal that you are welcome to use. Two bicycles are available in the summer house if you want to explore the local area.

THE AREA:
The holiday house is located just 2 km from the center of Sæby, and you can enjoy the sea view by walking along the promenade into town, where there are several shopping options and attractions. If you follow the promenade all the way past the sandy beach, you will reach the marina, where you can buy ice cream and fresh fish, and enjoy the maritime atmosphere with sailboats, cafes, and shops during the summer months.

In North Jutland, there are many exciting sights and attractions for the whole family. Sæby Miniby shows the town center as it looked around 1900. Sæbygaard Castle also contributes to the history, along with the Coastal Museum. Sæby is a market town that will be 500 years old in 2024. In the old town, you will find the monastery church St. Mariæ. In that area, you will also find Sæby Miniby, with houses from 1900, the Coastal Museum, Sæby watermill, and several interesting artisans in the old town around Algade. On the outskirts of the town, there is an attractive 18-hole golf course and Sæbygaard Castle, which is also worth a visit.

In Frederikshavn, the Powder Tower and the Bangsbo area are experiences, along with Denmark's only palm beach. If you drive further north to Skagen, the younger children will be thrilled with the Teddy Bear Museum, and Grenen, the Gray Lighthouse, and the Skagen Museums are naturally must-see attractions.

On the west coast of North Jutland, the North Sea Oceanarium, Northern Europe's largest aquarium, can be a great excursion destination for families with children. To the south is Aalborg (Denmark's third-largest city), if the opportunities of city life appeal to you.
