The house borders a lovely forest area with wild game and a bicycle path/walkingpath that stretches all the way to Henne Strand past the Filsø area.

The house contains: entrance to the house is up to the house's distribution corridor, which is also used as a wardrobe. From here there is access to 3 bedrooms: DB + 2B + 2B, 1 room with a double bed and a wardrobe and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each. Bathroom with toilet, sink and a shower. From the distribution corridor you come across the house into the living room with a hipped ceiling. Kitchen with stove with ceramic hob, hood and fridge/freezer. In the open living room, there is an open fireplace area that divides the dining room, kitchen and living room corner. The dining area is separated from the kitchen by a half wall. The living room is arranged in a corner from which there is a view of the open fireplace and TV with Stofa programs (summer house package from Stofa). Heat Pump. From the living room there is access to a closed and partially covered wooden terrace. At the entrance there is a partially covered terrace, as well as a small sheltered nook with space for a garden table. Shed with space for brought bicycles. There is a washing machine. The plot is a large grassy plot that invites you to games and playing. Pets are allowed - max 2 dogs. Year of construction 1979.
