Cozy cottage for 4 people, located on a large, hilly, scenic plot, approx. 500 meters from the beach. The house is 54 m2 and well furnished and close to the center of Vejers approx. 300 meters.

The house contains: Large kitchen with newer bright country kitchen (from 2019) with dishwasher and fridge/freezer and plenty of space for a cozy dining nook. From here you enter the living room, which appears with a cozy sofa corner, from which there is a view of the fire place and a view of the terrace. The living room has a heat pump for heating for low energy consumption. Radio, television and wireless internet (200/200 Mbit). For entertainment, the Danish channels can be watched via Yousee App and Google Chrome Cast. From the living room you enter a corridor with entrance to 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each (2B + 2B). Bathroom with shower/wc. There are wooden floors throughout the house, only the bathroom is tiled. Cheeky, sunny and tiled terrace. The terrace is partially closed. Smoking is not allowed. 1 small dog is allowed (max height 30 cm). Year of construction 1976. Ongoing maintenance.

The house is electrically heated, supplemented by a heat pump and fireplace.
