The 1st floor is equipped with a television with satellite(no Danish programs) and looks towards Nordvej, there is a small dining table and there is an exit to the balcony to the west. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with shower/wc and spa. Guest toilet. Utility room/back entrance with washing machine. 4 bedrooms: DB + DB + 2B + 2B. 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed each and 2 bedrooms with 1 bunk bed each (only for smaller children). The ground is hilly with a terrace, and there is a long driveway to the house. Year of construction 1996.
