From the living room there is a bathroom with shower/wc. Washing machine with dryer. the stairs to the 1st floor go via an open staircase and a steep staircase from the living room. 1st floor contains: 3 bedrooms: DB + DB + DB. A lovely west-facing terrace and a cozy unobstructed closed courtyard. Built in 1971, the house is continuously renovated.
