Step into this spacious 96 m² holiday home, where you’ll immediately feel at home. With four cozy bedrooms (2 double beds, 2 single beds, 1 double sofa bed), there’s ample space for up to 6 people.

The bright and welcoming living room invites you to relax with comfortable leather furniture, a crackling wood stove, and a TV offering Danish and German channels. An efficient heat pump ensures a pleasant indoor climate all year round.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals: dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, stove with oven, fridge/freezer, and much more. The dining area extends from the kitchen, so you can enjoy meals together in a cozy setting.

The house features two modern bathrooms, both with a toilet, sink, shower, and underfloor heating. The large bathroom also offers a relaxing hot tub, sauna, and a convenient washing machine. Throughout the home, the floors are easy to clean.

Additionally, there is a spacious loft arranged with two sleeping spaces – perfect if the children prefer to sleep there. The loft is also equipped with bean bag chairs and a TV with Chromecast, giving the kids plenty of opportunities to have fun, play games, or watch their favorite movies.

The lovely terrace, both open-air and covered, offers the chance to enjoy the sun all day long. With garden furniture and a gas grill, it’s perfect for dining outdoors while savoring the fresh sea air.

The roaring waves of the West Coast are just 250 meters away – here you can swim, build sandcastles, fly a kite, or take long walks in the beautiful nature. Ferring Lake is also within walking distance and offers a delightful walking route around the lake. The area also features some of West Jutland’s best cycling and hiking trails, where you can experience both the lake and the sea at the same time.

Want to explore without a car? The local VLTJ train runs free between Lemvig and Thyborøn, so you can easily discover the charming market town of Lemvig or the port town of Thyborøn.
